Job Summary:
Drive revenue growth by owning complex sales cycles, delivering tailored solutions to high-value clients, and mentoring peers. Operate as a subject matter expert within the UAE market, shaping client engagement and segment results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage critical sales opportunities and deliver customized client proposals.
- Mentor newer team members on technical and process challenges.
- Analyse market trends and provide input on pricing and competitive positioning.
- Execute outbound sales strategies to expand pipeline and close major deals.
