Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Build and maintain MLOps infrastructure for model versioning, experiment tracking, and automated retraining.
• Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency in production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate experimental models into production-ready systems.
• Design and implement computer vision pipelines for image classification, object detection, segmentation, and tracking.
• Build and deploy real-time video analytics and processing systems.
• Implement image and video preprocessing, augmentation, and quality enhancement pipelines.
• Design and deploy LLM-powered applications including chatbots, content generation systems, and intelligent agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years focused on machine learning systems.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
• Strong understanding of CNN architectures (ResNet, EfficientNet, ConvNeXt) and vision transformers (ViT, Swin, DINO) priorities.
• Experience with object detection frameworks (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, DETR) and instance/semantic segmentation.
• Proficiency with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel. Knowledge of embedding models and semantic search techniques.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their ML services.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying LLMs or transformer-based models in production
• Knowledge of model serving frameworks (TensorRT, vLLM, Triton Inference Server).
• Experience with feature stores and vector databases.
• Background in real-time inference systems or streaming architectures.
• Contributions to open-source ML projects.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or related field.
