Job Description

Position Summary: 

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented CID Agent to manage guest registration data in compliance with local CID regulations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Data Entry: Accurately input guest registration information into the CID system. 

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws regarding guest identification. 

• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports to authorities. 

• Coordination: Work with front desk team for smooth guest check-in and data collection. 

• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all guest records and information.. 

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. 

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred. 

• Attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Proficiency in data entry and relevant software. 

• Knowledge of local CID regulations.
