Senior CDI Auditor & Documentation Quality Lead

UASI is a Dubai-based CDI specialist team that conducts high-level reviews to ensure provider documentation is accurate and complete. The role includes performing CDI audits and assessing documentation against ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG guidelines, and payer requirements.
The candidate will identify missed diagnoses and SOI/ROM opportunities, analyze audit findings, and prepare reports with trends and risks. Collaboration with physicians and hospital staff is essential to drive improvements.
