Guest Relation Officer

Description

A leading hospitality company is looking for a Guest Relations Officer to provide excellent guest service and ensure a welcoming and pleasant experience throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to handle guest requests and concerns efficiently.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a warm and courteous manner.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments.
Follow up on guest requests to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and service issues.
Assist with special arrangements and VIP guest requirements.
Build positive relationships with guests and encourage customer satisfaction.
Support check-in, check-out, and other guest service activities when required.
Maintain a high standard of hospitality and service at all times.
Report recurring guest concerns to management and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Basic computer knowledge.
Additional languages are an advantage.
UAE hospitality experience is preferred.
