A healthcare organization in Al Ain is seeking an experienced and organized Clinic Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support efficient clinic performance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare administration, quality management, and patient service operations.

The successful candidate will oversee clinic processes, monitor operational KPIs, coordinate with medical teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare administrative procedures while maintaining a professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic.

• Monitor clinic quality standards, KPIs, and administrative performance targets.

• Track and analyze operational performance, patient satisfaction, and service quality metrics.

• Implement improvements to enhance clinic efficiency and patient experience.

• Coordinate patient appointments, registrations, and inquiries.

• Manage front-desk activities and ensure smooth patient services.
