Description:

A leading woodwork and joinery factory in Dubai is looking for a highly organized and dependable Factory Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of its production facility. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can effectively coordinate documentation, records, and operational support.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Production Manager and internal departments to ensure smooth factory operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain production records, job orders, and project documentation.

• Prepare purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, and administrative reports.

• Track employee attendance, overtime, leave records, and factory schedules.

• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate records for materials, inventory, and deliveries.

• Organize files, supporting documents, and follow up on pending approvals, orders, and deliveries.

• Provide administrative support to the Production Manager and the management team.

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience in a factory or production environment.

• Experience in the woodwork, joinery, furniture, or fit-out industry is preferred.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and document management skills.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up abilities.

• Good written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Must currently be based in Dubai.
