Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Arena product team to define growth targets and continuously optimize user acquisition strategies

• Design and execute multi-channel marketing experiments across 3–5 platforms, analyzing performance and scaling successful initiatives

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns aimed at increasing user registrations, engagement, and daily active users

• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics at both challenge and platform levels to optimize growth outcomes

• Manage influencer, affiliate, and partnership programs, ensuring measurable ROI and engagement impact

• Lead marketing efforts for Arena challenges, announcements, and promotional campaigns aligned with growth KPIs

• Build and maintain a strong consumer brand voice across marketing channels and community platforms

• Manage and grow engagement within Discord communities through activations, discussions, and programming

• Translate community feedback and insights into compelling marketing content and storytelling

• Plan and execute in-person hackathons, events, and activations to attract high-quality specialists and expand user base

• Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize participation and marketing performance

• Continuously test new tools, platforms, and growth strategies to improve marketing effectiveness

• Contribute to the broader mission of advancing AI safety through impactful marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven track record of executing successful B2C marketing campaigns
