Senior Quantity Surveyor MEP - UAE

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our vibrant UAE team. This is your chance to showcase your extensive expertise in cost management and quantity surveying while tackling exciting, complex projects and working alongside great professionals who are passionate about excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage the delivery of cost management including but not limited to cost plans and bill of quantities.
• Conduct risk and value management assessments to optimize project costs.
• Perform cost control and financial reporting to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement strategies.
• Apply knowledge of quantification and costing of construction works using standard methods of measurement and market benchmarks.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide expert advice on contract and procurement management.
• Mentor and support quantity surveyors and associate quantity surveyors.
• Ensure adherence to RICS Ethics, Rules of Conduct, and professionalism.
• Generate repeat business through performance and client care.
• RICS membership or working towards RICS accreditation.

Qualifications:

• Degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in commercial management within the construction, with GCC/UAE expertise.
• Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• RICS membership or working towards RICS accreditation.
• Previous experience with cost consultancy firms is preferable.
