Job Positions:
- Technical Engineer – Electrical (5+ years experience)
- Senior Technical Engineer – Mechanical (5+ years experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design review and authority compliance for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Cooling load calculations, BIM clash coordination (Revit MEP / Navisworks)
- DEWA, DCD, DM approvals
- Design review and authority compliance for LV/MV and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm)
- Load schedules, cable sizing, and DEWA / SIRA / DCD approvals
