- Welcome and meet guests ensuring a positive first impression.
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and promote hotel services or offerings.
- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities promotions and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow up when needed.
Qualifications :
- Graduate
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Must be able to speak fluently in English with guests and colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
