General Maintenance Technician

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for delivering highquality technical support across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure the smooth operation safety and comfort of hotel facilities. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical mechanical plumbing HVAC and general building systems while responding promptly to guest and operational requests. The technician ensures all work complies with safety standards brand guidelines and regulatory requirements contributing to an exceptional guest experience and efficient hotel operations.

• Preventive Maintenance Conduct routine inspections and scheduled servicing of hotel equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
• Technical Repairs Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Guest Support Respond to guest room maintenance requests efficiently to maintain comfort and satisfaction.
• Facility Upkeep Perform general building maintenance including carpentry painting and minor installations.
• Safety Compliance Follow all safety protocols maintain accurate maintenance logs and support emergency procedures.
• Team Collaboration Work closely with the engineering team and other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Technical Trade or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

License or Certification: None
