Sisco Jobs is facilitating an exclusive global talent search on behalf of an international client for a highly qualified Procurement Engineer (Civil) to join a premier construction enterprise in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate will oversee vendor selection, material sourcing, cost negotiation, and procurement strategy execution for major civil and infrastructure projects across the region. Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering (B. E. / B. Tech Civil) from a recognized university.
Mandatory 5+ years of core procurement experience within large-scale civil engineering / construction projects.
Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience working in the UAE construction market.
In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts, UAE supplier networks, local authority approvals, and materials compliance.
Valid Passport with minimum 6 months validity; educational degree attestation for UAE visa processing required.
