JOB SCOPE:
Conduct inspections for civil, structural, and architectural works .
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and method statements .
Review and process WIR/IR, MIR, and QA/QC documentation .Inspect materials and verify compliance with approved submittals.
Witness required site and laboratory tests .
Identify non-conformities and follow up NCRs and corrective actions .
Monitor workmanship and overall construction quality.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on quality matters.
Maintain inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation.
Participate in snagging, de-snagging, final inspection, and handover activities.
Prepare quality reports and highlight critical quality issues to project management.
