About the Internship

Were on the hunt for a Retail Curation Intern who ges it who knows the vibe spots the trends before they hit and wants to help shape retail experiences that actually matter.

This internship is your backstage pass into the world of pop-up retail at large-scale festivals and lifestyle events. From scouting indie brands and iconic drops to helping create experiences that stop people in their tracks youll be part of the team that makes it all look effortless (even when its not).

What Youll Actually Do:

Discover and research the coolest fashion lifestyle and artisanal brands (were talking real finds not just whats trending on your feed)

Help with vendor outreach onboarding and keeping the vibe strong with solid comms

Stay on top of the paperwork (yes theres admin too but its all part of the hustle)

Join brainstorms pitch ideas and help curate spaces that feel fresh and relevant

Be on the ground at events helping bring the vision to life and making sure everything runs smooth

Gather feedback and insights so we can keep levelling up every time

About You:

Youre probably already curating your own corner of the world on your feed your fits or your go-to spots. Youre:

Plugged into culture style and whats next

Obsessed with good design great vibes and details that matter

Confident communicating with people (DMs emails real-life convos all of it)

Down to roll up your sleeves and help make magic happen

Super organized and not afraid of a spreadsheet when it counts

Requirements:

Recently graduated in marketing events business retail sales or related field

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Available for flexible working hours during event periods

Based in the UAE or able to relocate for the internship

Bonus Points If You

Have previous internship or volunteer experience in events retail or brand activations

Are familiar with the UAE retail or vendor scene

Speak Arabic
