Website Growth & Content Manager

Role Overview
The Website Growth & Content Manager will own the development and continuous improvement of Qashio’s website as a conversion, acquisition and brand-building platform.
The primary focus of the role will be to transform the website into a best-in-class digital experience by improving its structure, messaging, customer journeys, content and conversion performance. This person must be able to combine website strategy with hands-on execution, including writing copy, building pages, improving landing pages and coordinating design and development.
The role will also ensure that Qashio’s wider content including blogs, videos, social media and campaigns is created and distributed in a way that strengthens the website, improves search and AI visibility, builds authority and generates qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities
Owning the strategy, roadmap and continuous improvement of the Qashio website.
Auditing and improving website structure, messaging, navigation, customer journeys, calls to action and conversion points.
Hands-on writing, building and launching high-performing website pages and landing pages through the CMS.
Developing clear product, industry, use-case and audience pages that communicate Qashio’s value and differentiate the brand.
Using analytics, user behaviour and CRM data to improve website conversion into qualified demos, SQLs and opportunities.
Working with designers and developers to deliver a highly polished, fast and consistent digital experience.
Leading website SEO, internal linking, content architecture and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search.
Ensuring blogs, videos, social media, email and paid campaigns connect to relevant website journeys and support commercial objectives.
Identifying how wider content should be adapted, edited, positioned and distributed for use across the website.
Using website and content performance insights to inform future advertising, campaigns, messaging and content production.
Continuously benchmarking the website against leading global B2B technology and fintech brands.
Qualifications and Experience
3-4 years of experience in website growth, digital experience, conversion optimization, website content or a related role.
Proven experience building or significantly improving high-converting B2B, SaaS, technology or fintech websites.
A strong portfolio showing websites and landing pages personally structured, written, built or optimized.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow, HubSpot CMS or WordPress.
Strong conversion copywriting, website UX and information architecture skills.
Experience with conversion-rate optimization, website analytics, testing and customer-journey improvement.
Strong understanding of SEO, AI search, content architecture and digital authority building.
Ability to connect website strategy with video, social media, blogs, advertising and broader marketing campaigns.
Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, tracking, metadata and technical website requirements.
Experience managing designers, developers and external website resources.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience in fintech, financial services or B2B technology would be an advantage.
