Hospitality Recruiter

Employment Type: Full-Time, Commission-Based

This is a full-time remote opportunity for recruiters who are committed to building a career in recruitment. This is not a side job or a part-time position. We are looking for someone who can dedicate full working hours to sourcing, screening, and managing candidates.

You will recruit for clients in the Beauty and Hospitality industries, primarily across the Middle East. Compensation is commission-based only, with a fixed commission paid for every successfully placed candidate. There is no salary.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process using Recruiterflow CRM.

• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.

• Contact candidates via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records, including notes, statuses, stages, and all recruitment activities in the CRM.

• Keep the CRM fully updated at all times.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other external sourcing channels.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Ensure all communication and candidate information is accurate and properly documented.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage.

• Experience recruiting for the Middle East market is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Fast thinker with the ability to process and remember multiple pieces of information at once.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in a CRM system for extended periods while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong sourcing skills or willingness to learn advanced sourcing techniques.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. A fixed commission is paid for each successfully placed candidate. There is no earning cap, and your income depends on your successful placements.
