Influencer Manager

You will be the business engine, owning outreach, pipeline, negotiations, and long-term brand relationships. You will work directly with me to align brand positioning, content calendar, and monetization strategy. This is a performance-driven role with direct impact on revenue and creator growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify, pitch, and close paid collaboration opportunities across hospitality, luxury fashion, beauty, fitness and wellness, dental, and food & beverage sectors
• Build and maintain a consistent brand deal pipeline ensuring a steady flow of paid partnerships, sponsored content, and consultancy engagements month over month
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines for all brand deals protecting value and ensuring fair commercial terms
• Develop and execute a growth strategy, meet and exceed KPIs.
• Manage and regularly update media kit, rate card, and creator portfolio to reflect latest stats, collaborations, and audience insights
• Coordinate with brands on campaign briefs, deliverable schedules, approval workflows, and post-campaign reporting
• Identify consultancy opportunities positioning as a brand consultant for content strategy and influencer campaigns
• Track industry trends, competitor creators, and brand campaign cycles to proactively position for relevant opportunities
• Maintain a CRM or tracker of all brand contacts, deal stages, follow-ups, and completed collaborations
• Coordinate with PR agencies, talent managers, and brand marketing teams across Dubai, U.A.E and internationally

Who I am Looking For:
• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator economy, and brand partnerships ideally in the Dubai/ U.A.E market
• Strong existing network of brand marketing managers, PR agencies, and campaign decision-makers in Dubai/U.A.E
• Deep understanding of what drives growth
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing paid influencer deals
• Highly organized with strong follow-through, be able to manage multiple brand conversations and deals simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus

Compensation & Structure:
Structure discussed based on experience and network. Flexible working arrangement, remote-first with regular in-person brand meetings and events in Dubai.
