As a Project Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
- Leading the planning and delivery of business and IT-enabled projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget and quality expectations
- Developing clear, structured project plans, including milestones, dependencies, resources and deliverables in line with governance standards
- Establishing and managing project governance, including stage gates, RAID management and change control
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and enable smooth delivery
- Monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely escalation and mitigation of blockers
- Providing clear and concise reporting to sponsors and governance forums to support informed decision-making
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end business and technology projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of structured project delivery frameworks and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed, actionable project plans aligned with technical delivery
- Effective stakeholder management with the ability to influence and communicate clearly at all levels
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Experience using project planning and delivery tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira or Azure DevOps
