LEAD PLANNING ENGINEER

Lead team of planners and mange all planning, scheduling and Risk management activities.

Monitor and develop detailed project schedules using specialized software (e.g., Primavera P6) considering project constraints and objectives

Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify potential risks or delays

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for schedule updates

Prepare and present regular progress reports and variance analyses to stakeholders

Conduct schedule risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines

Ensure compliance with project planning standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Mentor and provide guidance to junior planning engineers and project team members

Participate in project reviews, audits, and lessons learned sessions to improve future project planning processes
