Special Assets Account Executive Sr

Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of Classified loans and provide support to Special Assets Group leaders
- Identify exit and recovery strategies to ensure relationships meet corporate standards for risk and profitability
- Take timely action to minimize client losses and adhere to budgeted standards
- Assist with the restructuring and liquidation of distressed loans
- Ensure accurate reporting of asset quality, impairment, and charge-offs
- Monitor collateral values and ensure compliance with loan covenants and regulatory requirements
- Implement workout action plans including forbearance agreements, legal actions, and bankruptcy proceedings
- Manage portfolio through continuous monitoring of client financial conditions and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 5+ years of experience in commercial banking or credit risk
- Specialized experience in special assets management
- Proven experience in collection, loan restructuring, and workout processes
- Thorough knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
- Project management experience related to workouts
- Experience with Alternative Energy workouts (Solar, Battery, RNG)
- Experience with SBA and USDA workouts
