About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what its like to work at the worlds leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP there will also be opportunities for networking and development which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. About the Team

About the Role
Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented BAP with a background in instructional design content creation or employer branding. Youll collaborate with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives recruitment campaigns and candidate engagement strategies.
What Youll Do
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn internal ATS local job boards).
- Coordinate interview schedules feedback collection and candidate communication.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g. Greenhouse/Lever).
- Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies.
- Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
- Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
- Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations.
