Senior Document Controller

To provide all the necessary document / data maintenance support to the Projects team and manage all the administrative responsibilities as functionally required.

Responsibilities

Functional Roles and Responsibilities :

• To manage document process for the big size and challenging project or three-four small size projects simultaneously.
• Submit all required documents on time (drawings, materials, RFI, CVI, WIR, MSRA, QHSE plans, and reports) for client and consultant approval, and update tracking logs accordingly.
• Follow the ATS electronic filing system and manage the documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of drawings, documents, and other information.
• Share client/consultant commented documents on time with all relevant parties, with PM/CM approval.
• Manage project records in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and participate in QAQC internal and external audits.
• Receive tender documents and material specifications from Project Managers, examine the requirements, and coordinate with the client/consultant for clarifications.
• Prepare the daily manpower and task report with assistance from the project team.
• Prepare the weekly and monthly site progress report in coordination with the project team and planning engineer.
• Prepare and update the project dilapidation and snag list based on data provided by the project team.
• Maintain the project petty cash and submit petty cash claims on time to ensure smooth project operations.
• For small projects without an assigned storekeeper, prepare material requisitions with the help of the project team and project QS, and maintain the project assets register.
• Coordinate with the supply chain for project document submissions and required information for the operation and maintenance manual.
• Ensure the project operation and maintenance manual is prepared with all required information as per ATS or client-provided format.

Qualifications

Education/Certification and Continued Education

• 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline
• Good computer skill specially in MS office
