Inventory Assistant

JOB PURPOSE

To ensure accurate data entry relating to inbound, outbound, order processing, stock variance, batch rotation, container receiving, local & import receiving, physical inventory, processing & printing of various report.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE

• Graduate / specialized diploma.
• Good communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in the same role, experience in SAP is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS office (excel & word).

COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Report to line managers on all operational aspects through feedbacks, regularly and coordinate with internal team and inhouse various department like sales, buyers, clearance team, finance to complete the task within the time frame.

KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS

• Collaborate with procurement, clearance & warehouse team to schedule inbound. Capture inbound number in SAP and arrange to provide pertaining shipment document to receiver enabling the receiving process through PDT.
• Report shipment deviations to procurement; always ensure accuracy in receiving & record keeping and sharing to assist in inventory management.
• Processing all the orders for wholesale inter units, intercompany and providing the picklist to warehouse team within allocated time frame.
• Preparing invoice and trip sheet as per the route.
• Issuing credit note to various sites and divisions as per defined parameters and maintaining high level of accuracy.
• Inventory movement from various storage types in SAP as per the process with high level of accuracy.
• Generate various reports and analysis for inventory and batch management.
• Communication & correspondence to internal and external.
• Updating of HRMS application timely.
