Torentify is seeking a reliable and patient-focused Virtual Assistant to support a growing healthcare practice. This remote role is ideal for an organized professional who can manage patient communications, coordinate appointments, handle administrative responsibilities, and support daily practice operations.

The successful candidate will serve as an important point of contact for patients, assisting with inquiries, scheduling, follow-ups, insurance-related administrative tasks, and general office support. The ideal professional should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, patient inquiries, and new patient leads with professionalism and care.

• Schedule consultations, physical therapy appointments, and follow-up sessions.
