Job Summary

At The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi , we are looking for an engaging and service‑driven Specialty Restaurant Supervisor to support the delivery of distinctive and memorable dining experiences for our members and guests. The role provides hands‑on leadership during daily service, guiding the team while maintaining the personalized service, product knowledge, and attention to detail expected within the Club.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and consistently high standards.
• Lead the service team during shifts, providing clear direction, coaching, and hands‑on operational support.
• Build strong member relationships, recognize preferences, and ensure personalized and attentive dining experiences.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the restaurant concept, menus, ingredients, beverages, and service rituals.
• Monitor service flow, table readiness, product presentation, and overall dining ambience throughout the operation.
• Handle member feedback and service concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow‑up.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Beverage, and other operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support inventory management, cost awareness, upselling initiatives, and compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Club standards.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of restaurant or Food & Beverage experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity , preferably within specialty dining, private members clubs, or premium hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership and team coaching capabilities with a visible, hands‑on approach.
• Refined member engagement and service recovery skills.
• Strong knowledge of elevated dining service, food and beverage products, and contemporary dining trends.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to support revenue opportunities and operational efficiency.
• Organised, composed, and detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to delivering consistent service excellence.
