ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a result-driven *Business Development Executive for our ELV Division* to handle lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closure for ELV solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, AV Systems, and other low current systems.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- *Lead Generation:* Identifying and researching prospective B2B or B2C clients through online directories, social media, and market research.
- *Cold Calling:* Conducting outbound telecalling campaigns daily to pitch ELV products and services to qualified prospects.
- *Database Management:* Maintaining accurate, clean, and up-to-date records of all leads, call histories, and client interactions in the CRM.
- *Appointment Scheduling:* Securing qualified meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits for senior sales executives / technical team.
- *Sales Presentations:* Delivering concise, persuasive online or in-person product pitches tailored to the client's needs for ELV solutions.
- *Relationship Building:* Developing and nurturing positive relationships with existing leads to move them down the sales funnel.
- *Market Tracking:* Monitoring competitor offerings and tracking current industry trends in ELV market to pitch products more effectively.
- *Pipeline Management:* Following up regularly with warm leads to handle objections, share product details, BOQs, and progress deals.
- *Deal Closing:* Assisting senior team members in negotiating contract terms, preparing quotations/proposals, and finalizing sales closures.
- *Reporting:* Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports detailing call volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- 3-5 Years of UAE experience in ELV / CCTV / Security Systems / IT Sales - *MANDATORY*
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, ACS, Intercom, SMATV, AV, Networking, etc.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, and B2B sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and lead management
- Self-motivated, target-oriented with UAE driving license advantage
QUALIFICATION:
Any Graduate. Technical background in ELV / Electronics / IT is a plus.
Work Location: Dubai, UAE.
