OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

• Follow strict personal hygiene procedures to ensure safe food handling.
• Adhere to food safety policies including HACCP guidelines and Cold Chain compliance.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor food quality during preparation using HACCP forms and production charts.
• Safely and appropriately use kitchen tools and equipment ensuring proper handling and engagement of safety devices.
• Use measuring tools to precisely measure ingredients and portion sizes.
• Report workrelated accidents or injuries promptly.
• Follow company hotel and department safety and security policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Marriott International Hotels Limited Regional Office policies and procedures.
• Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions concerns and requests.
• Anticipate and address guests service needs professionally and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with guests and coworkers using clear and appropriate language.
