- Lead the preparationscheduling coordination and monitoring of assigned engineering projects withprecision and efficiency
- Enforce strict adherence toapplicable codes industry best practices and rigorous QA,QC
- Engage in daily clientinteractions adeptly interpreting their needs and requirements
- Operate and manage all therelated contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors andsuppliers.
- Manage and conduct the technical and commercial workshops, attending meetings with project's official's contractors and suppliers.
- Determine and manage therequired reports to monitor and evaluate the project progress.
- Direct the planningdepartment for procurement production and installation program
- Operate, control andmonitor project team performance and their productivity.
- Follow-up for monthlypayment applications and payments.
- Timely submit variationsand follow-up for approvals
- Follow-up site QA/QC andsafety procedure as per site requirements
- Maintain safe and cleanworking environment at site by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
- Direct the planningdepartment for production and installation program
- Direct the planning department for productionand Installation program.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years' experiencein Joinery/Interior Fitout Works
- Bachelor's Degree inArchitecture/ Mechanical / Civil Engineering Plus training courses.
- Certificate in project Management/ContractManagement is an Advantage
