Responsibilities
- Handle customer service requests via phone/ email
- Generate quotations using company ERP software
- Coordinate sales order processing and fulfillment
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Bonus for marine, engineering or technical educational background or work experience
