OurShopee is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record of hiring senior management and leadership professionals across the UAE and GCC.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC recruitment markets
- Proven experience closing Manager, Senior Manager, C-Suite, and senior leadership positions
- Excellent headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent-mapping skills
- Hands-on senior-level Talent Acquisition experience
- Fluent in English; Hindi is preferred
- Open to both male and female candidates
Important Screening Criteria
This position is specifically for experienced senior-level Talent Acquisition professionals.
❌ HR Executives or HR Generalists without senior hiring experience
❌ Recruiters without UAE senior-level recruitment exposure
❌ HR Heads or HR Managers whose experience is primarily general HR management rather than hands-on Talent Acquisition
❌ Candidates with less than five years of UAE recruitment experience
❌ Candidates without a proven record of independently closing senior managerial or leadership positions in the UAE
