Graphics Motion Designer

We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Graphics and Motion Designer with a strong background in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating compelling graphics motion designs and videos that captivate audiences and elevate the brand. Proficiency in using AI tools for design and video creation will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design highquality graphics and motion designs tailored to real estate marketing campaigns including property listings promotional videos and social media content.
• Create visually appealing designs for brochures flyers email campaigns and website banners.
• Develop engaging motion graphics for video content virtual tours and presentations.
• Utilize AIbased tools to streamline design processes and generate innovative content.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in design motion graphics and real estate marketing.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand standards and is optimized for different platforms including print web and social media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  

Requirements

• degree or diploma in Graphic Design Motion Design or a related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and motion design within the real estate sector.
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro).
  
• Experience with AI tools for graphic and video design (e.g. MidJourney Runway or similar tools) is a plus.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in real estate design projects including static graphics and motion designs.
  
• Excellent understanding of design principles typography and color theory.
  
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate ideas into visually stunning designs.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  
• Knowledge of 3D modeling tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
  
• Familiarity with drone video editing and enhancing property visuals.
  
• Understanding of marketing strategies in the real estate industry.
