Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure an excellent customer experience through phone, email, chat, or in-person support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Assist customers with product, service, and account-related questions.
  
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying the best possible solutions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  
• Process customer requests, orders, and follow-up activities.

• Perform other customer support and administrative duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
  
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
