Description:

A growing international company in Dubai is looking for a Sales Coordinator – Export Support to assist with daily sales coordination, customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, and export-related activities. This role is suitable for an organized professional with strong coordination skills and experience supporting sales operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, Accounts, and customers to ensure smooth order management, accurate documentation, and efficient fulfilment of sales and export requirements across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales enquiries, quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups.

• Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and related sales documentation.

• Manage the complete sales order process from enquiry and quotation through order confirmation and fulfilment.

• Maintain sales trackers, order status updates, and follow-up records accurately.

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Accounts, and customers for smooth operations.

• Support export-related activities and ensure proper documentation management.

• Handle customer information, pricing details, quantities, specifications, and order records with accuracy.

• Assist with invoicing, commercial documentation, and related administrative processes.

Requirements:

• Strong command of written and spoken English.

• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

• Experience preparing quotations and cost sheets.

• Good understanding of sales order processes and commercial operations.

• Experience using ERP systems for sales orders, customer information, and documentation.

• Working knowledge of invoicing, order documentation, and commercial procedures.

• Strong attention to detail when handling prices, quantities, specifications, and order information.

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

• Previous experience in export sales, international sales, or trading is an advantage.
