Currently Ajax has access control solutions for resedential and SMB including various keypdads with and without readers input/output modules access cards and central panels that handle all business logic on site. We want to expand our ecosystem to enterprise scale access control.

Were looking for aProduct Manager todrive the development and growth ofour new access control product line. This role isaunique opportunity for apassionate professional who can align market needs with companys short-long-term vision ensuring seamless development of access control related products and features.

Hard skills:

• Market Research &Analysis: Knowledge ofhow toconduct market research analyze competitors and understand market trends tomake informed product decisions make acalculation ofunit economy;
• Regulatory &Compliance Knowledge: Understanding ofrelevant industry regulations (e.g. GDPR for data privacy legal financial region diversity) that may impact the products design orfunctionality;
• Wireframing &Prototyping: Experience with tools like Figma orMiro tocreate low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes that communicate the intended design and functionality ofthe product.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in access control
• Experience in building products from scratch
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as sales engineering UX/UI customer support marketing
• Pre-sale experience
• Technical background

Key Responsibilities

• Identify market and customer needs for access control products align them with the companys mid and long-term goals;
• Research markets and competitors toensure the best value proposition;
• Manage entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch tocontinuous improvement;
• Take full ownership over the product vision strategy and roadmap ofAjax Access Control devices features. Define and articulate them clearly with business and RnDstakeholders;
• Analyse and integrate feedback torefine product features and ensure regulatory compliance;
• Prioritise data-driven and feedback-driven approach infeature development ensuring minimal risks and time tomarket.
