We are looking for an organised and proactive Executive to join Dubai Holding Entertainment. This role will support day-to-day departmental operations, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate documentation, and effective stakeholder communication. You will play a key role in driving administrative efficiency and supporting the successful delivery of departmental initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support day-to-day operations by preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Maintain departmental records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

• Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking departmental activities, events, and projects

• Provide updates, follow-ups, and status reports to the line manager as required

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Support cross-functional requests to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can effectively support operational and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration

• Have 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or similar support role

• Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools

• Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data

• Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Show a proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks

• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a strong team-oriented approach
