Specialist Endodontist immediate Hiring

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Specialist Endodontist to join a leading dental healthcare facility. The successful candidate will provide specialized endodontic care, diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues, and perform advanced root canal and restorative procedures while ensuring excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and endodontic assessments.
• Diagnose pulpal and periapical diseases using clinical and radiographic evaluation.
• Perform primary and complex root canal treatments.
• Perform retreatment of previously treated root canals.
• Manage dental trauma and associated endodontic complications.
• Perform emergency endodontic procedures for acute dental pain and infection.
• Perform apical surgery and other surgical endodontic procedures where qualified.
• Manage immature teeth and perform regenerative endodontic procedures where applicable.
• Use advanced techniques and technologies such as dental operating microscopes, rotary instrumentation, apex locators, and digital imaging.
• Collaborate with general dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, and other dental specialists.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and explain treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes to patients.
• Provide appropriate post-treatment care and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare authority regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BDS / DDS / DMD or equivalent recognized dental degree.
• MDS / MSD / Specialty qualification in Endodontics or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience as a Specialist Endodontist.
• Strong clinical experience in conventional and complex endodontic procedures.
• Experience with microscopic endodontics and advanced root canal techniques is preferred.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
