Officer / Senior Officer(HSE, Logistics)Walk-In 5th-6th September 2026

• HSE

  • Implement company, project, client, and UAE HSE policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety observations, and risk assessments.

  • Monitor compliance with approved method statements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work requirements.

  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.

  • Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

  • Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.

  • Monitor PPE compliance, housekeeping, emergency preparedness, and safe work practices.

  • Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, and compliance documentation.

  • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to close HSE observations.

  • Support internal, client, and regulatory HSE audits.

  Logistics

  • Coordinate transportation, delivery, movement, and storage of project materials and equipment.

  • Plan material deliveries in line with project schedules and site requirements.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, subcontractors, stores, and project teams.

  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to project sites.

  • Maintain records of delivery notes, dispatch documents, vehicle details, and material movements.

  • Coordinate loading, unloading, handling, and movement of equipment and materials safely.

  • Monitor logistics requirements for manpower, vehicles, lifting equipment, and site resources.

  • Ensure compliance with site access, vehicle, traffic, and transportation requirements.

  • Support customs clearance and documentation for imported project materials, where applicable.

  • Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and site logistics constraints.

  Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE/logistics reports.

  • Maintain records of inspections, permits, training, incidents, deliveries, and material movements.

  • Monitor HSE and logistics KPIs and provide updates to management.

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of project documentation.

  Coordination

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, construction teams, stores, procurement, subcontractors, suppliers, and transporters.

  • Support site mobilization, demobilization, and project logistics planning.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between HSE and logistics activities.

  • Assist in maintaining effective communication between site and head-office teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in HSE, Occupational Health & Safety, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field .

  • NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification is preferred for HSE positions.

  • Relevant logistics or supply-chain certification will be an advantage.

• Experience

  • Officer: 3–6 years of relevant experience.

  • Senior Officer: 5–8 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in power projects, construction, infrastructure, EPC, utilities, or industrial projects is preferred.

  • UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage.

  • Experience working on DEWA, TRANSCO, or similar utility projects will be preferred.
