What you'll be doing

• Acquire and grow premium/luxury clients and high-value accounts.

• Drive catering sales, revenue collection, and new business development.

• Secure long-term catering contracts and recurring business.

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve annual budgets and KPIs.

• Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

• Support the revamp of the catering business, including offerings, processes, and client experience.

• Ensure proposals, presentations, and client interactions consistently reflect the brand identity.

• Collaborate with F&B, operations, marketing, finance, and senior leadership teams.

• Track and deliver agreed sales, collection, contract, and revenue KPIs.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience in catering, F&B, hospitality, events, or business development .

• Strong track record in sales, client acquisition, and contract negotiation .

• Experience managing premium/luxury clients and building long-term relationships.

• Commercially driven with strong focus on achieving targets and budgets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.

• Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.

• High attention to detail and understanding of brand and presentation standards .

• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing, evolving business.

• CRM/ERP experience; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills , with the confidence and polish to engage with luxury clientele.

• French language skills are a plus , particularly for building relationships with French-speaking clients.
