Accountant

Accuvat Chartered Accountants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with UAE accounting experience who are looking to develop their careers within a reputable accounting and auditing firm.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and work with accounting software to ensure efficient financial management. Candidates with experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation, along with strong technical and organizational skills, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and process day-to-day accounting transactions.

• Prepare and reconcile financial statements, ledgers, and supporting documentation.

• Assist with accounting, auditing, and taxation-related assignments.

• Record and monitor financial transactions using accounting software or ERP systems.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding financial documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• B.Com or M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• ACCA or CA (Part-Qualified) or another recognized finance qualification will be an added advantage.

• 1–3 years of UAE accounting experience is mandatory.

• Previous experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation is preferred.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems.

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
