Bartender Banquets

Summary:  Prepare and serve beverages during banquets and events while ensuring exceptional guest service. Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area and collaborate with banquet and service teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Mix garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and event specifications.

• Guest Service: Engage with guests courteously taking orders efficiently and responding to inquiries or special requests.

• Setup & Cleanup: Prepare bar areas prior to events; clean and restock supplies post-event ensuring hygiene standards are met.

• Coordination: Work closely with banquet staff waiters and kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery of beverages.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels report shortages and assist with restocking and storage.

• Compliance: Follow all health safety and sanitation regulations including responsible alcohol service practices.

• Support: Assist with overall event setup and breakdown as needed.

Qualifications :

• Luxury Experience:  You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel high-end restaurant demonstrating your ability to craft sophisticated beverages and provide discreet refined service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills:  Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge:  Youre proficient in luxury hotel operations and bar management systems with a solid understanding of sophisticated beverage protocols mixology standards and event service coordination to ensure flawless operations.
• Educational Background:  A relevant educational qualification such as a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred aligning with our commitment to excellence.
