AL MAHIRAH is a food and beverages manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a Customer Service professional to support customers, coordinate order-related requests, and help maintain a reliable service experience across the business. The successful candidate will communicate clearly with customers and internal teams while ensuring inquiries are handled accurately and promptly. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through approved communication channels and provide accurate information about products, orders, delivery status, and service procedures.
- Receive, record, and follow up on customer requests, complaints, returns, and feedback in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and delivery teams to resolve order issues and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, order notes, and follow-up actions.
- Escalate product quality, delivery, or service concerns to the appropriate department and track resolution through completion.
- Support customer retention by demonstrating professionalism, product awareness, and a helpful approach in every interaction.
- Follow company procedures, food and beverage handling
