Description:

A company in Dubai is looking for a highly organized and proactive CRM Administrator / Sales Secretary to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role involves managing CRM records, preparing sales-related documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, and possess experience with CRM platforms and sales administration. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update CRM records, quotations, tax invoices, sales reports, and execution plans.

• Prepare and submit transmittals, prequalification documents, material submittals, KYC documents, and NDAs.

• Coordinate client inquiries through emails, WhatsApp, client portals, and vendor registration platforms.

• Track invoice submissions, payment status, and follow up with clients when required.

• Support Sales Managers with administrative tasks, hotel bookings, office events, and email management during their absence.

• Prepare project completion reports, organize project images, and maintain accurate sales documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Experience working with CRM systems and sales administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, invoicing, and financial tracking.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
