Key Responsibilities:

Charge Nurse:

• Supervise and coordinate the nursing team ensuring efficient patient care.
  
• Manage patient assignments staff performance and patient flow.
  
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards.
  

Clinical Nurse:

• Assess plan and deliver patient care.
  
• Administer medications monitor vital signs and document patient progress.
  
• Provide emotional support and patient education.
  

Patient Care Assistant:

• Assist with daily activities mobility and basic clinical tasks.
  
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.
  

Critical Care Nursing Manager:

• Oversee care for critically ill patients ensuring rapid interventions.
  
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
  
• Manage staffing resources and ensure high standards of care in critical care units.
  

Requirements
