Cyber Security & IT Infrastructure Manager (Server & Network) -Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security & IT Infrastructure Manager (Server & Network) to lead the organization's IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and performance of enterprise IT systems, including servers, networks, cloud services, and security technologies.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in cybersecurity, infrastructure management, identity and access management, disaster recovery, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive IT strategy, implement security best practices, and ensure business continuity while supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and backup environments.
  
• Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of all IT systems and services.
  
• Oversee network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity solutions.
  
• Manage Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.
  
• Administer backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
  
• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms and endpoint security solutions.
  
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively resolve system issues.
  

Cybersecurity & Information Security

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards, and procedures.
  
• Lead security assessments, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and security posture reviews across on-premises and hybrid environments.
  
• Design and enforce secure-by-design principles across infrastructure, enterprise applications, ERP platforms, and IT services.
  
• Manage security monitoring, incident detection, response, investigation, containment, and recovery activities.
  
• Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM), including user provisioning, access reviews, role-based access control, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  
• Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and enforce least-privilege access principles.
  
• Conduct regular security audits, compliance assessments, risk evaluations, and remediation planning.
  
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
  

Leadership & Operations

• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT infrastructure and support team.
  
• Participate in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of IT staff.
  
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  
• Manage the IT infrastructure budget and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver IT projects and operational improvements.
  
• Ensure IT services meet business requirements while maintaining high levels of security and service availability.
  
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by IT leadership.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, ITIL, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management with a strong focus on Cybersecurity.
  
• Proven experience managing enterprise server and network environments.
  
• Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and enterprise security solutions.
  
• Demonstrated experience leading IT teams and managing infrastructure operations within medium to large organizations.
  
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
  
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage projects effectively.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
  

Technical Skills

• Enterprise network administration and infrastructure management.
  
• Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft Exchange.
  
• Microsoft 365 administration and cloud services.
  
• Firewalls, VPN technologies, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and network security.
  
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  
• Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  
• Server hardware, virtualization technologies, storage systems, and infrastructure monitoring.
  
• Security auditing, vulnerability management, compliance, and incident response.
