Specification Coordinator

We specialize in trading and marketing of high-quality building materials and fit-out products from leading European manufacturers. To expand our dynamic team, we seek a professional, motivated, and exceptional Architect with experience in project specification work.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and increase awareness of our products during the pre-construction phase of projects, ensuring our product portfolio is specified and listed with leading architect firms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Specification: Present and specify our products to architects, consultants, and clients through visits, seminars, CPDs, and specification publications
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, government departments, and key accounts to enhance our brand’s presence in the market
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to the GTV Management on activities, progress, and market feedback
• Collaboration: Continuously communicate with the sales team about upcoming projects, ensuring a seamless handover from the specification stage to the sales stage
• Professional Development: Attend external and internal training sessions to stay updated on new products, developments, and techniques
• Additional Duties: Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the overall objectives of the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to present products professionally and effectively
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
