POSITION PURPOSE

The In-Store Operations Specialist supports the smooth and efficient running of the Flagship Store, with primary ownership of After-Sales activities and Store Administration .

The role acts as a key operational point of contact for the store team, ensuring strong follow-up, accuracy and compliance while contributing to an excellent client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AFTER-SALES

• Act as the main point of contact for After-Sales activities within the store.

• Manage and follow up on client repairs, product damages and quality-related cases from reception through completion and return to the client.

• Ensure accurate registration, documentation and tracking of all After-Sales cases.

• Coordinate with local repair centers, regional teams and global repair centers to ensure timely assessment and resolution.

• Monitor repair lead times and proactively follow up on outstanding cases.

• Keep Client Advisors and Store Management regularly updated on the status of ongoing repairs.

• Support clear and professional client communication , particularly for complex or sensitive cases.

• Animate the After-Sales topic within the store through regular updates, reminders and sharing of best practices.

• Ensure the team understands After-Sales procedures, policies and service standards .

• Identify recurring product or repair issues and escalate relevant trends to Store Management and Retail Operations.

STORE ADMINISTRATION

• Support daily cashier and POS activities , ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

• Perform opening and closing cashier procedures, including cash reconciliation and required controls.

• Support the management of cash, credit card and other payment-related documentation .

• Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of store administrative records and supporting documentation.

• Support invoice, refund, exchange and transaction-related administrative activities.

• Assist Store Management with recurring administrative tasks and reporting .

• Ensure documentation is properly maintained and readily available for internal controls and audits.

• Liaise with Finance, Retail Operations and other support functions when required.

• Contribute to maintaining strong operational standards and compliance across the Flagship Store.

• Accuracy of cashier activities and daily reconciliations.

• Effective collaboration with Client Advisors, Store Management, Retail Operations and external partners.

PROFILE

• Previous experience in luxury retail operations, store administration, cashiering or After-Sales is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Client-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and following cases through to resolution.

• Good understanding of retail operational procedures and compliance.

• Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced Flagship Store environment .
