Store Keeper

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage daily store and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring inventory while maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials.
Check quantities and ensure items match delivery documents.
Arrange and store materials properly in designated locations.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Issue materials against approved requests.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory checks.
Maintain GRN, delivery, issue, and stock-related documents.
Ensure proper labeling and identification of stored items.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store/warehouse area.
Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.
Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, accounts, and other departments.
Report damaged, expired, missing, or excess stock.
Follow company safety, security, and inventory-control procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Clerk is preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse procedures.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and able to perform store/warehouse duties.
Honest, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.
