Elementary SENCO | August 2026

Universal American School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and outstanding Elementary Inclusion teacher to join our team of passionate educators in August 2026.

Successful Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree plus a certified teaching qualification such as B.Ed/M.Ed PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
• A qualification in inclusive education
• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• A passion for consistently delivering outstanding lessons to students
• The ability to share outstanding practice with colleagues
• The ability to work well in a team and with other colleagues
• The desire to develop and grow professionally
• A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
• Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
• Experience of teaching in a diverse, international school environment (desirable although not essential)
• The desire to work within a team of highly supportive and creative colleagues
