Die Deutsche Internationale Schule Dubai ist eine stark wachsende Privatschule in der Trägerschaft des Schulvereins "Deutsche Internationale Schule Dubai", die durch die Bundesrepublik Deutschland (Zentralstelle für das Auslandsschulwesen in Köln) personell und finanziell gefördert wird. Sie umfasst die Klassenstufen 1 bis 12. Angeschlossen ist ein deutscher Kindergarten mit integrierter Vorschule. In 12 Gruppen werden 300 Kinder betreut. Jede Kindergartengruppe wird von einer qualifizierten Erzieherin und einer Assistentin betreut. Wir suchen für unseren Kindergarten eine(n) erfahrene(n) Kindergartenleiter(in). Angeboten wird eine Stelle als Ortslehrkraft in Vollzeit.
Tätigkeitsprofil
Ihr Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereich:Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Leitung des Kindergartens und der Vorschule in Abstimmung mit der Schulleitung
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Kindergartenkonzepts
Sie arbeiten eng mit der Schulleitung, dem Vorstand des Schulvereins, der Verwaltung, dem Elternbeirat und den Eltern zusammen
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Budgetplanung des Kindergartens und stellen die Einhaltung des Budgets sicher
Sie führen Gespräche mit interessierten Eltern und bieten Führungen im Kindergarten an
Sie sind verantwortlich für den Aufnahmeprozess von Kindern in den Kindergarten und unterstützen bei der Kapazitätsplanung. Sie arbeiten in diesem Zusammenhang eng mit dem Schulsekretariat und der Buchhaltung zusammen
Sie stellen die Betreuungszahlen sicher
Sie gestalten die Dienstpläne, regeln den Personaleinsatz und haben Personalverantwortung für das Kindergartenpersonal
Sie führen Bewerbungsgespräche und verantworten gemeinsam mit der Schulleitung die Personalauswahl
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Bestimmungen, behördlicher Vorgaben und der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen im Kindergarten
Sie stellen die pädagogische Qualität sicher und entwickeln den Kindergarten weiter
Sie repräsentieren den Kindergarten nach außen und betreiben Öffentlichkeitsarbeit in Zusammenarbeit mit der Verwaltung

QualificationSie haben eine Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte/r Erzieher/in, ein Studium der Sozialpädagogik oder einen geisteswissenschaftlichen Studienabschluss
Sie haben Erfahrung in den Bereichen Management, Personalführung, Kundenzufriedenheit und besitzen eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Leitungsbereich, vorzugsweise auch im Ausland
Sie besitzen ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit und Organisationsvermögen
Sie sind teamfähig und in der Lage ein großes Team zu führen
Sie sind überdurchschnittlich belastbar und flexibel
Sie verfügen über eine hohe Konfliktbereitschaft und anwendbare Konfliktlösungsstrategien
Sie sind kooperationsbereit und ein sicheres und repräsentatives Auftreten
Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gebräuchlicher PC-Software
Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift und verfügen über ein verhandlungssicheres Englisch

Das Beschäftigungsverhältnis beruht auf einem mit dem UAE Labour Law abgestimmten unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag.
Die Vergütung erfolgt nach der für die Schule gültigen Gehaltsrichtlinie und umfasst Zusatzleistungen wie Krankenversicherung, Mietzuschuss, Flugpauschale sowie Abfindung bei Vertragsende. Bei Zuzug aus dem Ausland erhalten Sie eine Umzugspauschale sowie einen Flugkostenzuschuss.
